Chicago natives, Brandon and Andy, are making their names known in the ever-growing Electronic Music scene with their fresh and innovative production skills. The duo, also known as Solstis, rose to fame after winning the Discovery Project for Electric Forest in 2015. The experience with Insomniac and the Discovery Project allowed Brandon and Andy to really get the ball rolling, and they have since played at venues and festivals all over the country including Backwoods Music Festival, SXSW, Spring Awakening Music Festival, Reaction NYE, Somnium Summer, and Heartland Music Festival to name a few.

Since their creation in 2014, the duo has been making waves with every release. From their viral hit "Echoes" which even got radio play on BPM satellite radio station, to their well known remixes for Melanie Martinez, the duo has garnered over 20 million plays across all platforms. Solstis has also been featured in some of the industry's top blogs and channels such as Trap Nation, Mr Suicide Sheep, Run the Trap, Too Future, Thissongslaps,, and Your EDM to name a few. Having 250k monthly listeners on Spotify and 21k followers on Soundcloud the duo's following is ever growing and has no sign of slowing down.

Friends since childhood, Brandon and Andy started making music together back in the early 2000s. In 2011, they formed a garage band with Andy's Brother. After a few years they had cycled through too many names to count, had their fun, played a few gigs, but eventually, it all died down. Andy went to architecture school and Brandon went into the military. They went their separate ways for a while, but, like many lost youth, the two fell into a bit of a rut. They were feeling depressed, lost, and were unsure of what the next step in life was for either of them.

Music tends to bring people together. So with no sure future path, Andy and Brandon decided to go back to their roots and come together to make music yet again. Together, they created Solstis, as one last chance of making their name in the music industry. The future is bright for the young duo as they recently sold out their first headlining show in Chicago and are currently working on their debut EP, so stay tuned as they are just getting started.
